Questions parents ask
›Will the character really look like my child?
Yes — that is the whole point. We illustrate the hero from the photo you upload and send you a free preview first. You only pay after you confirm the character looks like your child, and if the finished book still misses, we refund it in full.
›How long does a personalized book take?
The free hero preview arrives within 24 hours. After you approve it, the digital book (PDF) is usually ready the same day. Printed hardcovers are produced near you and typically arrive within 5–10 days.
›What happens to my child’s photo?
The photo is uploaded only by you, stored privately, used solely to illustrate your book, never used for marketing or AI training, and permanently deleted no later than 30 days after your order is complete.
›What languages can the book be in?
English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian at the moment — the whole story is written natively in the language you pick, not translated afterwards.
›Can I choose the story?
Yes. You describe what the story should be about — learning to ride a bike, a trip to the Moon, the first day of school — and we write an original story around your child. It is not a fill-in-the-name template.
›Where do you ship printed books?
Worldwide. Books are printed locally in more than 30 countries, so shipping is fast and there are no customs surprises in the EU, UK or US.
