Refund Policy

Digital books

You approve the free hero preview before paying, so you always know what you’re getting. If the finished book still doesn’t look like your child and we can’t fix it within two revision attempts, we refund the purchase in full — within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Printed books

Printed books are made to order and personalized, so they can’t be restocked. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, email a photo of the issue to hello@capy.kids within 30 days and we will reprint and reship it free of charge, or refund you — your choice.

Email hello@capy.kids with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
