The service

Capy Kids creates illustrated picture books, including personalized books based on a photo you provide. The hero preview is free; you pay only if you order the full book. Digital purchases are handled by our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for those transactions.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to upload the photo you provide (you are the child’s parent or legal guardian). You receive a personal, non-commercial license to the finished book. We retain the right to use the underlying illustration technology, but your child’s likeness is never reused for other customers or for marketing without separate written consent.

Custom story plots

When you order a premium custom story, you describe the plot and we write an original story around your child. We may later adapt successful custom plots into our public story catalog for other customers. Only the abstract plot is ever reused — never your child’s name, photo, likeness, or any personal detail from your order. This reuse right is reflected in the custom story’s price and is stated on the order form before you submit it.

Quality promise

Personalization is approved by you before payment. If the printed product arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it at no cost.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”; our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Governing law: Poland.
