Who we are

Capy Kids (capy.kids) creates personalized picture books. The service is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. Contact: hello@capy.kids.

Children’s photos

To create a personalized book we ask for one photo of your child, uploaded by you — the parent or legal guardian. We treat this as the most sensitive data we hold:

• Photos are uploaded only with explicit parental consent, confirmed at checkout of the order form.
• Photos are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are never shared publicly.
• Photos are used solely to illustrate your book — never for marketing, and never to train AI models.
• The original photo is permanently deleted no later than 30 days after your order is completed.
• You can request immediate deletion of the photo and all derived artwork at any time.

What else we collect

Your email address (to deliver previews and books), your child’s first name and age (to write the story), and order details. Payments are processed by our merchant of record; we never see your card details. Printing and shipping of hardcover books is fulfilled by our print partner, who receives only the book file and the shipping address.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@capy.kids. We respond within 30 days.
